With this package, your organisation purchases 50 individual IMDG Code Awareness training licenses and receives access to a dedicated corporate group account within our Learning Management System (LMS).

Each license is intended for one individual participant.

Corporate LMS Group Account

After your order has been processed, we will create a dedicated corporate group account for your organisation within our LMS.

Your company administrator can use this group account to manage the training programme centrally.

The corporate environment provides an overview of participants and their training status, making it much easier to manage IMDG Awareness training than purchasing individual courses separately.

Add Your Own Participants

Once the corporate group account has been created, your organisation can add its own participants.

You can choose between two methods.

Add Participants Manually

Employees can be entered individually through the corporate group account.

This is useful when participants are added gradually or when you want to manage registrations one by one.

Upload Participants Using Excel

For faster administration, participant details can also be uploaded using an Excel file.

This is particularly useful when registering a larger group at once.

Participant details can include information such as:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Course allocation
• Department or location

This gives your organisation control over who is enrolled in the training.

Monitor Training Progress

Through the corporate LMS environment, your organisation can maintain an overview of participant activity and training completion.

This can help your HSE, QHSE, HR, training or dangerous goods department keep track of employees who have been enrolled, started the training or completed the course.

It also provides a central location for managing training records and certificates.
